Student project: What elements of a test can be gamified?

The University of Applied Sciences Westküste in Germany is undertaking an exciting student project in their business psychology faculty. Supervised by Prof Dr Tim Warszta, they are researching which elements of psychometric testing are suitable to be gamified. This could include a cover story, high scores or different levels to track progress. The result will be a concept of how to gamify an existing test. This will, in turn, inform the development of a beta product.
